Quality improvement and approximately 40% reduction in powder usage! A special "fluid immersion" powder coating machine that enables in-house motor core painting.
**Customer Concerns** - The micro motor core is coated with a thick layer of powder coating that has insulation properties, with half of the coating process done in-house using electrostatic painting and the other half externally using fluidized immersion coating. - Due to the aging of both in-house and outsourced equipment involved in the coating process, there are difficulties in obtaining parts and issues with the quality of the coating appearance, such as gloss. - They are looking for a reliable consulting partner to achieve complete in-house coating. **NCC's Proposal** We propose a "fluidized immersion powder coating machine" that can accommodate a wide variety of core shapes and allows for flexible thickness management to improve coating quality. **Implementation Effects and Feedback** - Improved quality resulting in a glossy coating. - The coating hardness meets the requirement to withstand strong friction when copper wire is wound around it. - Enhanced insulation performance due to improved coating quality. - A reduction in powder usage by 30-40% due to high coating efficiency. - Anticipated cost reductions across the entire coating process in the future.

basic information
【Product Details】 The painting machine introduced this time consists of a series of processes where workpieces, preheated to around 200 degrees in a preheating furnace, are dipped for a few seconds in a tank containing insulating powder coating, allowing the powder to adhere to the surface of the workpiece. After that, the coating film is formed and cured in a post-heating furnace. By adjusting the heating temperature and dipping time during the preheating process, precise film thickness management is possible. Additionally, there were slight defects due to the recovery and reuse of powder coating that did not adhere during electrostatic painting. To prevent contamination from debris and foreign objects, the dipping process will be conducted within a case that is enclosed on all sides and opens and closes in accordance with the entry and exit of the arm. This is expected to reduce defects caused by small debris such as fiber waste and improve the quality of the coating film.

Since its establishment in 1958, the company has focused on industrial paints and fine chemical products. In 1964, it established Minami-Shin Custom Co., Ltd. (now CC-G Co., Ltd.) as a research factory, where it accumulated knowledge and built expertise in specialized areas by using its own products. This accumulated know-how has been recognized, leading to an expansion of the market throughout Nagano Prefecture, while simultaneously, customer requests have become increasingly diverse. The fine chemical sector, including industrial chemicals and chemical products, has evolved to include high-tech materials such as electronic materials, as well as efficient production and recycling systems to handle them. The establishment of a consistent supply system for hazardous and highly toxic materials, as well as the addition of functions for paint color matching, has also been driven by customer needs. Additionally, in response to requests from local customers, the company has ventured into construction fields utilizing chemical methods and chemical construction materials, demonstrating an advisory function from a comprehensive perspective that differs from traditional trading companies.
