The "Metal Anti-Contamination and Lubrication Coating Agent FluoroSurf FG-5093" forms a high-adhesion, high-hardness transparent fluororesin film on the metal surface when applied, imparting functions such as water repellency, oil repellency, non-stick properties, anti-contamination, fingerprint reduction, low friction, and release properties. It becomes difficult for fingerprints and grease stains to adhere, and wiping them off is easy. It strongly adheres to metal, has excellent abrasion resistance, and maintains its effectiveness over a long period. - The surface coated with this product reduces the adhesion of fingerprints and dirt, and makes it easy to wipe off any dirt that has adhered. Since it forms a high-adhesion film, its functionality continues even after wiping with tissues or similar materials. - The coefficient of dynamic friction of the surface is low (μ = 0.09 or less), resulting in a dry lubricated surface. - It chemically bonds with various materials such as glass and metal at room temperature, forming a transparent anti-fouling film with high adhesion and high hardness (pencil hardness 6H to 9H). - When applying to materials other than glass and metal, such as plastic, a dedicated primer coat included with the product should be applied as a pretreatment to form a similarly high-adhesion and high-hardness anti-fouling film. - The silane coupling type film thickness is about 10-30 nm, so it does not compromise the appearance of the material.
