Tempimverter is a technology that physically changes the flow of rubber during injection, thereby increasing the average injection temperature. As the temperature of the rubber rises, the difference from the curing temperature decreases, which can shorten the time required. Fillbalancer is a technology that ensures a consistent amount of rubber flows into each cavity within the mold. By implementing Fillbalancer, not only is product variation eliminated in molds with multiple cavities, but it also reduces the risk of flash and is expected to shorten curing time.

The normal flow of rubber within the cavity. The normal rubber flows towards the side closer to the injection port, filling from the front cavity. As a result, the front side fills more quickly, while the flow of rubber becomes worse as it goes deeper.

Filbalancer By introducing the Filbalancer, it becomes possible to flow almost the same amount of rubber into all areas of the cavity. As a result, improvements in weight balance, reduction of flash, and shortening of curing time can be expected.
