【Two-Color Injection Molding Processing Features】 ○ Two types of resin materials are simultaneously injected into two sets of molds using two injection machines. ○ One mold (primary side) produces a single-color unfinished product, while the other mold (secondary side) shapes a finished product with a different material on top. ○ When the mold opens and only the finished product is removed, the mold (core) automatically rotates 180 degrees to perform clamping and injection again. ○ By layering a different color over the previous unfinished product, a finished product is created. ○ This molding technology is widely used for keyboard keys and operation buttons in automotive applications. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
