Shin-Etsu Precision Co., Ltd. specializes in molding processing products across various fields, focusing primarily on two-color molding. To realize unknown manufacturing possibilities, we continue to challenge ourselves in the creation and exploration of technology. Shin-Etsu Precision's main equipment consists of various molding machines for two-color and single-color processes. The two-color molding machines have clamping forces ranging from 120 tons to 280 tons, accommodating various molded products, including automotive parts. The single-color molding machines have clamping forces from 40 tons to 110 tons, with the electric type particularly excelling in producing thin-walled key tops for mobile phones and similar applications. Additionally, all molding machines are equipped with automatic extraction devices, ensuring careful handling of molded products.
