This is an air spray gun confidently delivered by Samess, a spray manufacturer with a 100-year history. Two major features for high paint adhesion: Diffuser function: By pre-micronizing the paint inside the gun, it promotes micronization at lower pressure. Deflector function: By enabling the paint to swirl and be expelled from the nozzle, it creates a more uniform and softer pattern.

Our company will be exhibiting at the "Paint and Coating Equipment Exhibition" held at Intex Osaka from May 13 (Wednesday) to May 15 (Friday), 2026. At this exhibition, we will conduct a live demonstration using a FANUC explosion-proof robot and an air mix painting machine, allowing you to see a painting demonstration using actual paint. This will enable you to directly confirm the ease of starting up and operating robotic painting. Furthermore, our air mix painting machine, with its excellent penetration capability, can handle painting on complex shapes. We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "Air Mix." At the Kashima Factory of Sumitomo Forestry Crest Co., Ltd., this product was introduced in the intermediate and top coating processes. It has been evaluated that the introduction led to a 50% cost reduction due to savings in paint from improved application efficiency, enhanced working environment from reduced overspray, shortened cleaning time for dry booths, stabilization of coating quality from improved maneuverability, and elimination of uneven coating. Additionally, this product is used selectively in processes that use the same paint, while coloring is done with the conventional air spray method. The application efficiency of typical air spray is said to be about 30%, and it has been significantly improved to 60-70% with this product.
