The "Cyclomix Evo" is a two-component automatic metering mixing machine that can maintain a high-precision mixing ratio (ranging from 100:1 to 2:1) for solvent-based or water-based paints, acidic catalysts, PU, or epoxy paints. With the air mix chip for spraying the hardener and an eccentric design that creates a swirling flow for the main agent's delivery, the dynamic pre-mixing function, followed by a three-stage mixing process using a static mixer, allows for a wide range of compatibility with various two-component paints, mixing ratios, and viscosities. Additionally, to maintain the mixing ratio regardless of flow fluctuations, it features a unique hardener injection algorithm and electronic control for pulse injection of the hardener. The paint consumption optimization function maximizes cost reduction and minimizes waste.
