Main Types of Die Cutting - Thomson Type (Vick Type) This type has blades embedded in a wooden board and is suitable for thin materials such as paper, rubber sheets, and sponge. It is cost-effective and can accommodate short lead times. - Pinnacle Type (Etched Blade Type) This type is made by etching metal sheets and offers higher precision than the Thomson type. It provides a smooth finish without steps. - Punch Type: Used to punch rubber sheets and resin sheets with a hammer.
