Main Types of Die Cutting - Thomson Type (Vick Type) This type has blades embedded in a wooden board and is suitable for thin materials such as paper, rubber sheets, and sponge. It is cost-effective and can accommodate short lead times. - Pinnacle Type (Etched Blade Type) This type is made by etching metal sheets and offers higher precision than the Thomson type. It provides a smooth finish without steps. - Punch Type: Used to punch rubber sheets and resin sheets with a hammer.

Initial costs are relatively low (especially for Thompson molds). We can accommodate complex shapes (depending on the mold). We have over 100 types of managed punch molds. Sealing packings from φ2 to φ55, and donut-shaped packings from φ2Xφ4 and various types are available.
