Recommended for those troubled by rust! We will solve metal issues with surface treatment.
Corrosion refers to the state in which metal materials react with substances in their environment, resulting in damage to their appearance and functionality. Corrosion of machinery and equipment often leads to accidents, so applying corrosion-resistant coatings can provide protective effects. Current measures may include corrosion-resistant plating treatments; however, there are issues such as limitations in the selection of various platings depending on the environment. This collection of case studies includes examples of problem-solving, such as the adoption of the "Protonics System," which is also suitable for corrosion prevention. 【Published Examples】 <Before> ■ In SUS piping for chemical plants, corrosion due to chlorine gas occurred frequently, leading to increased costs from regular replacements. <After> ■ Corrosion resistance improved, and the lifespan was doubled. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Efforts Toward Environmental Measures] In recent years, global environmental regulations have been imposed on various industrial products and manufacturing processes. Regulations such as the "PRTR Law," "RoHS Directive," "PFOS," and "REACH" have increasingly constrained traditional manufacturing due to the restrictions on the use and discharge of environmentally harmful substances. The Protronics Group has not only complied with these regulations but has also proactively addressed these issues and advanced development from an early stage. We have conducted early investigations into the restrictions on the use of relevant substances in recent environmental regulations and have been engaged in research on alternatives or the elimination of such substances. As part of our environmental efforts, we have newly introduced "wastewater treatment facilities" (operational since October 2007) to not only meet discharge regulations from factories but also to aim for the discharge of as clean "water" as possible.
