With the cleaning nozzle for sludge attachment prevention, cleaning is a breeze. We have added a cleaning nozzle to the top of the grinding disc, increasing the water flow rate to three times that of before (compared to our previous model). This reduces the sludge that adheres internally, making sludge removal cleaning easier than before. (Please note that maintenance is still necessary.)

With the shaving amount reference plate, adjusting the shaving amount is easy. By using the "shaving amount reference plate" (for SPEED 2 / 3) that can be set in the timer section, you can set your preferred shaving amount, such as "5mm" or "3mm," at the speed you choose. (Please note that the shaving amount is only a guideline. The actual shaving amount may vary due to various factors such as the strength/type of the specimen, the strength of the specimen holder, and the condition of the grinding wheel.)
