At the food factory, there is a task of storing frozen cans (fruit can size) containing food ingredients in the freezer, but they are facing the following issues: 1. The frozen cans are packed into several dozen drum cans (φ550×900L), and it is dangerous to retrieve them while bending over using a step ladder. 2. A forklift cannot enter the room with the freezer, making it difficult to transport the drum cans. 3. The overall work process is inefficient and takes a lot of time.

We proposed an electric type of raccoon lifter that can be raised and inverted. 1. Since the standard model cannot stabilize the drum, we welded a steel plate to the claw part to make it smooth. 2. To prevent rolling when inverted, we attached a steel plate shaped to fit the drum for stability, and we adhered a rubber sheet to prevent scratches on the drum.
