We proposed using low-temperature welding technology, which allows for on-site construction and enables buildup repair and regeneration without affecting the press machine body with heat, achieving mechanical strength comparable to that of new equipment. Additionally, experienced and skilled workers will finish the work with precise dimensional accuracy. 1. On-site construction is possible without bringing in large equipment, machines, or tools (only repair materials and a grinder). 2. Low-temperature welding (chemical treatment) is performed at approximately 50°C to 80°C, preventing thermal deformation and residual stress on the press machine body. 3. Construction is carried out without extensive disassembly or assembly of the press machine. 4. Finishing requires precise dimensional accuracy, so it will be performed by skilled workers from repair specialists with extensive experience.
