When wrapping products with film, there were issues with the film tearing or slipping due to the belt, making it difficult to achieve proper packaging. 1. If the surface of the belt has little texture, it will slip and proper packaging cannot be achieved. 2. Using a standard hardness polyurethane belt with a textured surface results in a friction coefficient that is too high, causing the film to wrap around the belt and tear. 3. Using a high hardness polyurethane belt with a textured surface can scratch the film.

Since there are no standard urethane belts from any manufacturer that meet the application requirements, we propose using a fabric surface belt (GUTW type of NLG belt) made of high-hardness urethane that has good separation from the lap and does not slip. To prevent tearing and damage, we suggest polishing the sharp protrusions on the surface. 1. Selection of a type that does not slip or wrap around based on the shape and hardness of the belt surface. 2. To prevent tearing and damage, surface polishing will be performed. 3. The polishing allowance will be determined by submitting a sample and conducting tests. 4. Polishing will be uniformly finished in increments of 1/100 mm.
