The dedicated ultrasonic oscillator for the standard sieve (φ200mm) can generate ultrasonic vibrations with a frequency of 33 to 37 kHz, producing a mesh surface amplitude of ±1 to 10 μm (depending on specifications). The installation of the converter (ultrasonic transducer) is easy to attach and detach using a clamp-type band fixture. The dispersion effect of materials on the sieve due to the automatic rotating shaker (rotation speed of 20 to 300 r/min) also enhances the efficiency of the sieving process.
