The "WM9500" is a noise measurement device that detects spatial coordinates (XYZ) using an infrared sensor and can measure electromagnetic waves emitted from objects in three dimensions. It integrates a measurement imaging camera and a position detection camera to acquire data on the source of EMC noise, radiation direction, frequency components, and more.
