This is a compact applicator that achieves simple and easy operability at a low cost. The discharge volume can be adjusted using a variable gear pump. 【Features】 - The gear pump is equipped with a maximum pumping capacity of 5 kg/hour and a pressure relief valve to smoothly deliver the resin. The adjustment of the relief valve can be easily done from outside the device. ○ Temperature control is possible from 40°C to 200°C (±0.5%) *Optionally, it can be extended to 230°C. ○ Tank section The B4 tank has a large surface area, and the bottom of the tank is equipped with melting promotion fins, allowing for optimal melting rates. ○ External electrical input In addition to the motor start/stop switch, the B4 gear pump allows for external electrical input from the main unit for the pump and motor. ● For other functions and details, please download the catalog.
