The measurement of pressure distribution should be easily operable. 2. Since the sealing part melts the resin bag with a heater bar, we want to measure temperatures up to around 230°C. 3. Is it possible to custom-make sensor sheets to fit the measurement shape for easy setup?

We proposed using a heater bar pressure distribution system, with the shape of the sensor sheet custom-made to match that of the sealing machine. Points: 1. The operation is simple, allows for time-series recording, and data storage is also easy. 2. Regarding heat resistance, the sensor sheet is made of resin and cannot withstand heat. However, measurements can be taken during the sealing adjustment before operation (when no heat is applied). 3. Real-time measurement data can be viewed, allowing for quick adjustments. 4. The sensor sheet is only 0.1 mm thick, making it nearly identical to the conditions during operation. 5. It is possible to make holes in the sensor sheet, facilitating easy setup. 6. During setup, the blade used to cut the bag should be removed to prevent damage to the sheet.
