Steam curing chamber [for performance testing of concrete precast products, admixtures, etc.]
MIT-631-3-08, MIT-631-3-09
Reduce running costs and failures! A steam curing test chamber that does not use fans or humidifiers!
Marui's "Steam Conditioning Chamber" is a testing chamber that can control humidity above 95% and temperatures from room temperature to 90°C. By using a unique "ejector method" that circulates steam within the chamber without the need for humidifiers or fans, it reduces running costs and the incidence of failures. Additionally, since it does not include air conditioning equipment, it has a compact design that does not limit installation locations. It is ideal for performance testing of concrete secondary products and admixtures. We accept design and manufacturing requests in various sizes and specifications according to your needs. 【Features】 - Achieves uniform steam distribution without humidifiers and fans - Reduces running costs and failures by minimizing embedded equipment - Despite its compact design, it has a spacious interior that can accommodate many test specimens.

Achieving uniform steam distribution with a unique "ejector method" Marui's steam curing tank employs an "ejector method" that does not require humidifiers or fans for steam generation and convection. In this method, high-temperature water is sprayed from a nozzle to fill the tank with steam. At the same time, convection occurs due to the "ejector principle," where the air pressure in areas of fast airflow drops below that of the surroundings, allowing the steam in the tank to circulate. This enables the tank to maintain a humidity level of over 95%.
Company information
Marui is promoting the development of new testing equipment and the automation of testing devices through the introduction of cutting-edge technology, and has released the automatic pressure testing machine "Hi-ACTIS-2000," a concrete freeze-thaw testing device, and the specimen surface polishing machine "Haikenma Tsuru Tsuru." Additionally, the simple ground bearing capacity measuring device "Caspole," developed through collaboration between government, academia, and the private sector, is also a significant achievement. To continue making further advancements as a comprehensive testing machine manufacturer that creates an environment for the 22nd century, and to meet our customers' expectations, we will continue to make even greater efforts.
