This is an automatic printing machine that integrates an air cylinder and a Shachihata stamp. It can print firmly on non-absorbent surfaces such as metal, plastic, rubber, and glass. The new products 'TSUT-LS7C' and 'TSUT-LS2.8C' feature an increased stroke length and a compact printing surface, reducing interference from mounted components and printing caps, making it possible to stamp in narrow spaces such as on electronic circuit boards. 【Features】 - The outer diameter of the stamp part is Φ8 (for TSUT-LS2.8C), allowing stamping in tight spaces. - The increase in stroke length and changes to the structure of the printing cap reduce printing issues caused by the shape of the printed object (e.g., printing on a circuit board after component mounting). Please also consider the non-contact marking for areas that cannot be printed. - Compared to laser and inkjet methods, it can be introduced at a lower initial cost. - It prevents the stamp printing surface from drying out during standby, maintaining good print quality. - Continuous stamping is possible with various materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, and glass, with content tailored to applications including letters, symbols, and colors.
