This is an air-driven automatic printing machine equipped with a Shachihata stamp that allows for continuous stamping. The stamp surface is custom-made, enabling low-cost printing and marking tailored to your needs. Customers who are currently using expensive inkjet printers for simple marking can reduce costs by switching to this machine. The ink used is TAT (Tart) ink, which can firmly stamp on non-absorbent surfaces such as metal, plastic, rubber, and glass, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including stamping lot numbers and dates on factory lines and integration into various industrial machines. The lot replacement type square model 1010 (model number: TSUT-1010) is suitable for situations where the printing and marking content needs to be changed regularly, such as for inspection approval stamps or lot number printing and marking. (It can also be used for fixed content printing and marking.)

■ Product Features 1. Ease of Installation Equipped with a double-acting air cylinder. Stamping control can be performed by switching the air supply. Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into various machines. Comes with a fixed base plate (with M5 size long holes). 2. Stable Printing Quality With an auto slide cap, it prevents the stamp surface from drying out during standby. Consistent pressure printing maintains good print quality. 3. Safe Ink This environmentally friendly TAT (Tart) ink complies with export trade control regulations, the Ozone Layer Protection Act, regulations on Freon and ethane solvents, the ELV Directive, and the RoHS Directive, ensuring safe use. 4. Low Cost Compared to laser and inkjet methods, it can be introduced with a low budget by keeping initial costs down.
