◆Deodorization of exhaust odors during supplement manufacturing We received a consultation from a supplement manufacturing factory regarding measures to eliminate exhaust odors in the surrounding area. During the food cooking process in the manufacturing stage, sulfur and burnt odors were generated, and it became impossible to address this issue with the existing biological deodorization equipment alone, leading to plans for the installation of additional new deodorization equipment. Due to the request to minimize running costs, we conducted a demo test using oxidizing functional water, resulting in a deodorization efficiency of 99.5%. Simulation results also indicated that achieving a 99.5% deodorization rate would bring the odor level to zero at the property boundary, leading to the installation of the actual equipment across all six exhaust systems. We provided a complete set of deodorization equipment, including installation work, duct work, and piping work. ◆Measures to address odors generated during the ceramic manufacturing process that are dispersing into the surrounding area For the exhaust from our headquarters manufacturing plant, which has an airflow rate of 80m³/min, we proposed deodorization by spraying oxidizing functional water using a special spray device within a chamber box.
