Filter construction - We provide a total service from proposal to material procurement and on-site installation.

There is a ventilation opening in the upper wall above the entrance door of the laboratory, through which black smoke soot and dust generated on the rooftop are entering the room mixed with outside air. Although a filter-equipped outlet was installed at the ventilation opening, the outlet is fixed to the wall and cannot be removed, so the filter has been used for many years and is no longer functioning at all. Additionally, there are gaps between the outlet and the filter, allowing dust to enter, so we have been consulted about wanting to improve these issues in a simple manner without extensive construction. Issues: 1. Improve to allow for filter replacement. 2. Eliminate gaps to prevent dust intrusion. 3. Complete the installation work without incurring costs or taking time.

The filter with an aluminum frame is installed by bolting it to the outside of the outlet, allowing for easy replacement of the filter media, and using rubber sponge to completely eliminate any gaps between the outlet and the aluminum frame. Points: 1. The aluminum frame can be removed, making filter media replacement easy. If the filter cannot be replaced, it will become clogged, leading to significant pressure loss, increased airflow speed, and ultimately allowing large dust particles to pass through, rendering the filter ineffective. 2. The size of the aluminum frame can be custom-made. 3. Choose filter media that can be regenerated. 4. It is expected that gaps of up to 2 mm may occur due to irregularities or distortions at the outlet. The aluminum frame will be bolted to the wall, and a flexible, highly sealable rubber sponge will be used to press against it and completely seal the gaps. 5. Considering cost and time, the installation will be carried out by Kamata Industries. Based on the above points, the aluminum frame for the filter will be made in a custom size (VT type), using filter media from Japan Vilene Company, with rubber sponge in between, and the installation will be completed by Kamata Industries on the outside of the outlet side.
