We received a consultation from a paper processing company that is planning to change its manufacturing line due to an increase in product production. Issues: 1. They would like us to handle everything from listening to their requests, to planning, design, construction, project management, and trial operation. 2. There is one cutter (processing machine) for two manufacturing machines, so they cannot produce with both machines simultaneously. 3. The packaging machine is only able to operate at less than half of its capacity. 4. There are no reliable drawings of the current building.

We proposed a method to fully utilize the capacity of the packaging machine by relocating the manufacturing machines, simultaneously adding a cutter, and establishing a new special conveyor line. Points: 1. Undertake the entire process from planning to construction as a single contract. 2. Change the layout to improve work efficiency (create planning diagrams). 3. Relocate two manufacturing machines and the cutter, and add one additional cutter. 4. Remove the walls that obstruct the space. After the changes, install new partitions. 5. Feed products flowing from two lines into one packaging machine to increase production volume. 6. Create a conveyor with custom controls to efficiently merge the flow. 7. Complete all tasks, including wall removal, relocation/new installation of processing machines, installation of supplied items, removal and modification of piping lines, construction management, and trial operation, within four days. Only the electrical work will be arranged by the customer’s preferred contractors.
