A food manufacturer has consulted us about installing a pass box for the transfer of products within a clean room. Issues: 1. The weight and size of the products to be transferred cannot be accommodated by standard pass boxes. 2. Due to the weight of the products, we would like to install a conveyor. 3. The floor must be cleaned and washed regularly.

It is proposed to set up a product transfer room in the corner of the clean room and use it as a pass box. Points: 1. Construct a room measuring 1000x1000xH2500 by building two new insulated panels and utilizing two existing walls. Some walls will be detachable to allow for removal during floor cleaning. 2. Install vertically sliding doors made of strong, lightweight materials at the openings. 3. Install SUS free conveyor tables and free conveyors, designed to be removable for cleaning. 4. Install differential pressure dampers on the walls of both the clean room and the pass box to maintain cleanliness.
