The food manufacturer is considering updating the product transport line and has requested a quick response, including design, as some special specifications for the conveyor will be necessary. Issues: 1. There are areas in the conveyor line that cross emergency evacuation routes, and we want to ensure that a clear passage can be easily secured during an evacuation. 2. After the specifications are determined, we want to complete everything from design to installation and trial operation in about one month. 3. There are products that are about 45mm in size; they are small and light, but we want to ensure smooth transfer between conveyors.

To secure an evacuation route, we propose a custom-made, easily operable drop-down conveyor. We will incorporate your usage conditions and requests into the design, and complete everything from design to installation within one month. Points: 1. A custom conveyor with a drop-down mechanism on the inclined section will be manufactured. It will feature a structure that allows for locking and folding with a lever, making it operable by anyone. 2. To minimize the need for manual labor in subsequent processes, we will reduce product misalignment as much as possible. To prevent misalignment at the critical transfer points, the front and rear pulleys will be minimized to a diameter of 19 mm for smooth transport. 3. To avoid producing defective products, drop prevention guides will be installed throughout the entire line. 4. The conveyor will be made with a food hygiene compliant belt, and the frame and guides will be made of stainless steel that can be washed with water. 5. We will take full responsibility for everything from design, manufacturing, installation, to trial operation, ensuring completion by the scheduled start date (one month later).
