Since switching from wooden pallets to resin and metal pallets, the pallets have become particularly slippery, increasing the risk (especially dangerous in rainy conditions). 2. When sudden braking occurs, metal pallets can slip, causing items to fall from the forks and potentially resulting in accidents. 3. In the case of sharp turns, balance can be lost, making it more likely for items to fall or for mistakes in steering to occur. 4. Although anti-slip rubber mats with magnets are being used as a countermeasure, there were difficulties due to the issues listed below.

We proposed a hard urethane mat with magnet rubber that has high slip resistance, excellent weather resistance and abrasion resistance, and a high degree of adhesion with nails. Points: 1. Change from natural rubber to hard urethane rubber, which has good weather resistance and abrasion resistance. The surface material is designed to be water-resistant, using ether-based urethane rubber that is less prone to hydrolysis. 2. To improve adhesion with nails and prevent peeling or shifting, the entire backside is coated with a strong magnet rubber. * The currently used product has about 10 circular magnets on the backside (approximately 1/3 of the total area of the nails), resulting in low adhesion. 3. Conduct a demonstration for customers to verify that there is no shifting or peeling of the cargo under expected conditions during actual operation. * We simulated conditions such as sudden stops, sharp turns, slopes, and rainy weather, and tested by spraying water with a hose, but there were no issues with shifting. * The magnets are strong, but they can be easily peeled off from the edges and are easy to attach and detach.
