Custom-made all-stainless steel conveyor for food factories.

We have decided to introduce a hygienic stainless steel conveyor to the bento manufacturing line. We want to meet the required specifications while keeping costs as low as possible. Issues: 1. To perform the food plating work, tables are needed on both sides of the conveyor. However, we would like them to be removable so they do not get in the way when plating is not being done. 2. We want to change the line speed depending on the items flowing on the conveyor, so we would like the speed to be displayed digitally for the operators. 3. There are many specifications required for the conveyor, but we want to keep costs to a minimum.

We entered the manufacturing site and held a meeting after confirming the actual work. We not only gathered requests directly from the person in charge of the ordered equipment but also from the workers, solidifying the design and specifications for our proposal. Points: 1. The side table is designed not only with a detachable mechanism but also with a split structure, allowing workers to enter between the tables and share the plating work. 2. A separate digital speed display is installed above the operation panel, making it easy to adjust the conveyor speed. 3. Inverter control is implemented to achieve optimal speed according to the production items and to reduce power consumption. 4. Leveraging our extensive past design experience, we aim to keep costs as low as possible while providing custom-made solutions.
