We conducted an inspection of the wastewater treatment facility, investigated the current factory wastewater (raw water), performed design calculations for equipment capacity, and proposed enhancement and improvement work for aeration tanks using porous soft ceramic as the contact medium. Additionally, we proposed the construction of a new sedimentation tank to increase wastewater treatment capacity. 1. Proposed the Eco-Bio System with porous soft ceramic as the contact material. 2. Proposed modifications to the aeration tanks and the addition of sedimentation tanks to increase wastewater treatment capacity. 3. Proposed renovation work for the equipment. - Filled ceramic carrier units in aeration tanks No. 1 to 3 (1,800 units). - Installed one blower for oxygen supplementation. - Newly established one pump for returning from the buried aeration tank to the above-ground aeration tank. - Abolished the existing buried sedimentation tank and newly established one above-ground sedimentation tank (34m³).
