One-stop construction from clean booth installation to ancillary work!
A customer in resin molding has consulted us about wanting to clean up their production line to expand into the semiconductor industry. Issues: 1. They want to achieve a Class 10,000 environment but do not want to invest in large-scale equipment. They also want to consider aesthetics due to the presence of visitors. 2. They would like to reuse previously purchased floor-mounted FFU units. 3. Due to budget constraints and the height of the installation location, they want to make use of the existing ceiling as is.

We proposed to create a clean environment by utilizing existing resources as much as possible. Points: 1. Apply clean cross to the ceiling surface made of general materials (gypsum board) to eliminate dust generation. 2. Use a double structure of transparent resin panels along the visitor walkway to enhance visibility and aesthetics. 3. Install high-performance filters in the existing air conditioning units, along with four floor-mounted FFU units, to achieve cleanliness. 4. Address all surrounding ancillary construction, including partition work, installation of a mezzanine and emergency stairs, and installation of an elevator.
