The shipping company was troubled by the raw material (high zinc dust) sticking to the bed of the transport truck. We proposed a lining made of Quick Silver, a special high molecular polyethylene resin that excels in wear resistance and impact resistance, mixed with silicone resin. Points: 1. It has extremely excellent release properties, making it highly effective for loads such as fly ash, mud, ore, concrete, coal gravel, sand, and phosphoric acid. 2. It is molded as a single piece to fit the frame size, eliminating seams and making it less prone to adhesion. 3. To accommodate the expansion and contraction due to temperature changes in the resin, only the front end of the cargo bed is fixed, and simple processing is done to prevent the sheet from lifting. 4. It can be easily installed, resulting in no construction costs and contributing to time savings.
