The main concern was the high processing costs. We considered whether there were any processing methods that were inexpensive and could also extend the lifespan, but we could not find a solution that satisfied both criteria. Therefore, we asked for more details about the situation. Since it is necessary to thoroughly remove the ink during cleaning, we have been scrubbing the processing surface vigorously with hard brushes and scrapers, which likely causes scratches on the coating and shortens its lifespan. Points: 1. It should be less expensive compared to the current coating processing costs. 2. It should improve non-stick and release properties, while having lower wear resistance, but reduce the burden during cleaning and extend the lifespan. 3. It should enhance non-stick and release properties and simplify the cleaning process. We proposed a wear-resistant fluoropolymer coating, Polyflon PTFE enamel, which costs less than one-third of the current processing costs. Although it has lower wear resistance, it offers high non-stick and release properties, and we expect a similar lifespan.
