Diamond slurry, suspension, paste
Diamond paste is available in two types: oil-based and water-based. The oil-based paste is suitable for lapping hard materials (such as hard alloys, alloy steel, and carbide steel, which are brittle materials). The water-based paste is suitable for lapping surveying tools, cutting tools, and optical instruments made from metallographic, rock, and superhard materials (such as glass, ceramics, hard alloys, and natural gemstones).

Detailed information
-
PLM (Polycrystalline-Like Micron) Features: Polycrystalline-Like Diamond (POLY CRYSTALLINE-LIKE DIAMOND) has a high removal rate, making its polishing efficiency exceptionally excellent. It is superior in both cost and efficiency compared to polycrystalline. Additionally, it is developed as a replacement for polycrystalline, which can reduce scratches and marks on parts. Mesh sizes are also available. Applications: Suitable for sapphire, ruby, silicon wafers, hard disks, the IT industry, wires, and other applications.
-
PDM (Polycrystalline Micron Powder) Features: Manufactured using a method that involves explosion synthesis, it has a concentrated particle size distribution and a very pure surface. Applications: Suitable for lapping hard disks, sapphire, optical glass, silicon wafers, etc.
-
DND (Nano Diamond) Features: Nano diamonds are produced using free carbon generated when explosives detonate, with pressure and temperature from the detonation wave acting on them. DND has excellent wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, stable dispersion, and outstanding thermal conductivity. Applications: It is suitable for polishing gemstones, ceramics, glass, and hard alloys. Additionally, it can be applied in oils and lubricants to improve wear and extend service life.
-
MPH (Metal Bond Micron Powder) Features: Manufactured with high-quality diamonds, it has a tough and blocky shape with high impact resistance. The surface of the crystals is very pure, and the particle size distribution is concentrated. Applications: Suitable for lapping of semiconductors and brittle materials. PS: MPH can be coated with Ni, Ti, and Cu.
-
MPS (Metal Bond Micron Powder) Features: Manufactured from medium to high-quality diamonds, it has an irregular shape with a concentrated particle size distribution. The surface of the crystals is pure. Applications: Widely used in electroplated tools, metal bond, and resin bond systems.
-
GMP (Resin Bond Micron Powder) Features: It is a resin bond micron powder, gray in color, with a polycrystalline structure and excellent friability. The particle size distribution is concentrated. Due to its excellent friability, it is suitable for applications such as glass, ceramics, hard alloys, and PCD lapping. PS: GMP can be coated with Ni and Cu.

CBN paste has high thermal stability and chemical inertness, making it difficult to chemically react with elements such as iron metal. CBN paste possesses excellent lubricating and cooling properties. It is suitable for processing hard and tough materials (such as steel tools, steel tool modules, stainless steel, and heat-resistant metal alloys) and iron metals. Our company can provide both oil-based and water-based types.

Diamond slurry/suspension Diamond slurry is a mixture of carefully selected high-quality diamond abrasives with liquids such as water or oil. It is widely used for polishing hard materials such as silicon wafers, gemstones, optical lenses, ceramics, hard disks, and hard alloys. There are three types of diamonds based on their structure: single crystal, polycrystalline, and nano. We also provide original polishing slurry tailored to the products you handle.
