Dual-block thermal cycler capable of simultaneously performing two protocols.

The Mastercycler nexus series is a thermal cycler that achieves the highest reproducibility with unprecedented high block temperature control accuracy. Additionally, due to the minimal overshoot in block temperature adjustment, temperature stabilization occurs quickly, allowing for reduced operation time. A new dual block X2 series has been added to the Mastercycler nexus series, enabling the simultaneous execution of two different protocols! By utilizing an innovative dual block that combines a 64-well block and a 32-well block, experiments can be conducted more efficiently according to the number of samples. There are models that allow the use of gradient functions with the 64-well block, as well as dedicated expansion models that enable high-throughput capabilities at a low cost and in a space-saving manner.
