The "Sleeve Touch Molding Device" is a machine that presses a sleeve (thin metal pipe) onto molding rolls to shape films and sheets. By incorporating our self-developed "Surface Contact Pressure" method, it has become possible to mold thin film sheets with mirror surfaces on both sides, which was not achievable with the conventional "Line Contact Pressure" method.
