<Various Specifications> Shape: Linear Scale Disk (Code Wheel) Depending on the application, you can choose specifications for the base material and processing. 1. PET Film Specification (Transmissive/Reflective) A fine pattern is formed on a film sheet and processed by pressing. 2. Metal Specification (Transmissive) Metal (such as SUS) is processed using photo-etching. 3. Hybrid Specification (Transmissive/Reflective) Precision etching is performed using patented nickel-clad material. 4. Mirror Black Specification (Reflective) Patented and trademarked! SUS material is processed with high-precision etching and low-reflective black treatment. 5. Long Linear Scale (Transmissive/Reflective) PET film = up to 3 meters long, metal = up to 1 meter long. 6. Polycarbonate Specification (Transmissive/Reflective) A pattern is formed on the base material through thin film etching processing and then pressed.
