Meltec Co., Ltd. manufactures high value-added thin plate precision parts using photo-etching and composite processing. Photo-etching involves precision etching using unique materials from SUS metals, and it accommodates a wide range of technologies from special materials like molybdenum to curved shapes. Composite processing for etching includes consistent handling of plating, blackening treatment, injection molding, bending processing, spot welding, and more. We also manufacture various scales for encoders on a made-to-order basis. Our headquarters factory is located in Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture, and we have overseas factories in China, the Philippines, and Thailand.
