Paint Boar Dry Film Thickness Gauge
Equipment for measuring coating thickness using an edge-cutting method. It is very easy to operate, taking advantage of the P.I.G. 455, and allows for easy and accurate measurement by drilling holes in the coated surface with a conical drill at a specified angle, using a microscope. The measurement range with the standard drill is 3 to 300μm. Additionally, by changing the drill, measurements of 200/500/1000μm are also possible.
