Recommended for those struggling with poor sliding! We solve metal issues through surface treatment.
In mechanical components, there is a risk of decreased precision or destruction due to the friction and wear between metals, such as metal gears and bearings. Current measures include applying oil or grease, but these methods have issues such as being prone to dirt and hardening due to drying. This case study collection includes examples of problem-solving, such as the adoption of the "Protonics System," which is suitable for improving poor sliding. 【Published Examples】 <before> ■ In the injection molding of fine resin parts for electronic components, the sliding of the shooter after knockout was poor, affecting automatic weighing. <after> ■ There was no accumulation of molded products on the shooter surface, enabling unmanned automatic weighing. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

【Other Published Examples (Excerpt)】 <before> ■ In an aluminum temperature sensor cover integrated into a home appliance, the high surface resistance was causing issues with scratches on the opposing surface. <after> ■ As a result of improved surface slipperiness without affecting temperature detection, scratches have become virtually nonexistent, allowing for more stable temperature detection. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Efforts Toward Environmental Measures] In recent years, global environmental regulations have been imposed on various industrial products and manufacturing processes. Regulations such as the "PRTR Law," "RoHS Directive," "PFOS," and "REACH" have increasingly constrained traditional manufacturing due to the restrictions on the use and discharge of environmentally harmful substances. The Protronics Group has not only complied with these regulations but has also proactively addressed these issues and advanced development from an early stage. We have conducted early investigations into the restrictions on the use of relevant substances in recent environmental regulations and have been engaged in research on alternatives or the elimination of such substances. As part of our environmental efforts, we have newly introduced "wastewater treatment facilities" (operational since October 2007) to not only meet discharge regulations from factories but also to aim for the discharge of as clean "water" as possible.
