basic information
1. Space-saving & flexible installation location Since the elevator room and drive components are integrated, there is no need for a separate installation space for the machinery. There is also no need to install a bearing shaft vertically from the foundation. As a result, the initial investment is lower compared to conventional wire rope lifts. Installation in existing structures can be done at a low cost with minimal interference from the structure. 2. Fewer moving parts that can cause failures The simple rack and pinion structure has fewer failures and has gained high reliability. Even if the dimensions of the main components are increased, excellent durability can be achieved. This high reliability leads to reduced maintenance costs, and due to the simplicity of the structure, maintenance work can be carried out very quickly.

Applications/Examples of results
The Arimak elevator has virtually no height restrictions. The highest elevator that has been operational to date reaches a total length of 645 meters. Under such harsh conditions, the wire rope system, which requires constant inspection and maintenance due to its exposed external nature, is not suitable. The Arimak elevator maintains the floor's levelness accurately at all times, regardless of the load. Wire elevators can experience expansion and contraction due to temperature changes, making installation difficult in certain locations.
Company information
In particular, Gadelius Industry has played an important role as a bridge for companies expanding from Sweden to Japan. Most of the Swedish companies currently active in Japan, such as ABB, Flect, SKF, Ericsson, and Heganas, started their businesses through Gadelius. Additionally, most of the industrial machinery widely used in Japan, including paper pulp digesters, air preheaters for power plants, and industrial elevators, were supplied by Gadelius. These achievements have been recognized, and Gadelius has even been awarded a medal by the King of Sweden. Currently, in addition to departments related to these industrial machines, there is also a department specialized in disaster response for issues such as water damage and flooding.
