**Features** - Prototypes can be made under the same conditions as mass production using the same die-cast alloy ADC12. - ADC12 produced by gypsum casting has slower cooling of the mold, which allows for shape formation but results in larger and coarser crystals. Consequently, the material properties exhibit strength that is less than half compared to the original ADC12 produced by die casting. Additionally, thermal conductivity (heat dissipation) significantly differs from the original ADC12 produced by die casting, which may lead to misinterpretation of material properties between prototypes and mass production. - To address this issue, this simplified die casting operates under the same conditions as actual mass production die casting, ensuring that prototypes of ADC12 maintain the same properties as those produced in mass production.
