Sample processor with moisture vaporization device for Karl Fischer moisture meter capable of continuous moisture measurement of solid samples!
This is a moisture vaporization device for a Karl Fischer moisture meter that allows for the continuous measurement of moisture in solid samples, with a maximum of 36 samples, when samples sealed in vials are set on the rack. Measurement of trace moisture below 1% can also be automated using an auto-sampler.

The sample is sealed in a vial and set in a vaporization device. The moisture that is heated and vaporized is sent into the measurement chamber of the KF moisture meter by carrier gas. As a result, no harmful components leak outside, and there are no concerns about side reactions or contamination, allowing for reproducible moisture measurements. Depending on the moisture content in the sample, it can be used with either the volumetric method or the coulometric method. There are two types of racks available: one for 36 samples and another for 25 samples, and the 25-sample rack can also accommodate commercially available vials.
