The batch reaction of organic synthesis, which used to take several days, can now be shortened to just a few hours.
At Emmaus Kyoto Co., Ltd., we have developed a novel organic polymer porous body (polymer monolith) with a co-continuous structure based on epoxy resin, supported by metal nanoparticle catalysts. This high-performance monolith reactor enables the synthesis of target compounds in a short time and with high efficiency through flow organic synthesis. By applying this monolith reactor to an environmentally friendly synthesis-oriented flow organic synthesis system, we can greatly expect its application in the production of electronic functional materials, pesticides, and pharmaceutical intermediates through the creation of a new compound library. 【Features】 - Monolith reactor derived from resin - Reduces synthesis time of compounds by up to about 1/10 - Strong against alkaline solutions - Usable with standard HPLC For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

At Emmaus Kyoto Co., Ltd., we prepare polymer materials with a continuous structure of skeletons and voids, such as monoliths. Using our unique advanced technology, we adjust and provide raw materials and sizes according to various applications. Monolith-type polymers can be prepared from liquids, allowing for the creation of various shapes and sizes. Additionally, we can control pore sizes, accommodating requests from submicron sizes to several tens of microns. Our facility is equipped with a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) equipment, enabling SEM imaging and outsourced HPLC measurements. Furthermore, we handle cartridge filters developed through innovative technology. Filtration precision ranges from 0.04 microns (absolute rating) to 100 microns (nominal rating). The heat resistance temperature ranges from 80°C to 135°C (for steam sterilization compatible types). Applications include ultra-pure water, chemical agents, pharmaceuticals, drinking water, wine, sake, paints, resists, cosmetics, and more. We offer a series of filter products tailored to diverse manufacturing lines.
