We produce 100% to order, processing everything from raw material blending and sliver processing to molding at Asahi Fiber Industry Co., Ltd., allowing for detailed responses to both small and large production lots. Additionally, depending on the application, we can use high-performance fibers, including water-absorbing and antibacterial fibers.
