Line profile function Displays the line profile on the crosshair (white line). You can calculate the FWHM of the beam profile and fit it using Gauss, Lorentz, or Sech functions. (The red line is fitted with the Sech² function.) The crosshair can also be rotated.

Integration profile feature Displays profiles averaged in the horizontal/vertical direction. You can use analysis functions similar to those of line profiles.

Maximum Intensity Projection Profile Function Displays only the profiles of orthogonal projections (maximum values) in the horizontal and vertical directions. It can utilize analysis functions similar to line profiles. The figure below shows the measurement of FWHM.

2-point distance measurement function You can measure the distance between any two points on the screen. In the figure below, it can be seen that the diameter of the profile indicated in green is 826.8 μm.

Peak Integration Function The analysis of the integral values within the area will be performed with the area outside the circle as the background. Adjust the position and size of the circle that appears on the screen to ensure that the beam fits sufficiently within the circle. When you click "Peak Detection" in a state like the one shown in the figure below, the peak position will be indicated by a cross cursor.
