The 【TYPE-S-100】 is a full cone spray type large flow rate spray nozzle. There are four types available based on the mounting screw size, each offering two spray angles of 90° (M) and 120° (W). The type with the largest mounting screw size of 2-1/2” (S-104X) achieves a flow rate exceeding 800 L/min at 0.5 MPa. The mist particles are very large and can also be utilized for their impact force. (Due to the large particle size, our measurement method cannot measure particle diameter.) It is ideal for watering large cooling towers, as well as for cleaning, cooling, defoaming, and humidifying with large volumes of water.

It sprays in the same direction as the mounting screw. This is a large flow type "TYPE-SL." It is manufactured through machining, and a special blade is built into the main body to generate a swirling flow. Please be careful of clogging. Since it is an integrated type, there are no combinations. There are four sizes of mounting screws (1”, 1-1/2”, 2”, 2-1/2”), and the spray nozzle sizes are (Φ13, 16, 22, 27 mm) respectively.
