The 【TYPE-FMS】 is a flat-type spray nozzle made of PP (polypropylene) that provides a strong spray even with a small amount of water. Due to its low flow rate, the mounting screw size is also small at 1/8” (male thread), and it generates a fine mist in a one-piece design. It was developed for use in automatic car wash watering systems, but its applications have expanded widely. It is suitable not only for cleaning and watering but also for defoaming, and larger spray diameters can utilize impact force. Additionally, being made of resin, it is resistant to acids and alkalis, making it ideal for surface cleaning before painting or plating. As it is a one-piece design, there are no combinations available. There are four types in the lineup based on different spray diameters, which result in variations in spray angle and spray volume.

There are four types of spray openings (Φ2, 3, 4, 5 mm).
