The Tensile/Compression Module developed for SEM is a tensile testing device that can control forces up to 5000N at speeds ranging from 0.1 to 20μm/sec. It has a variety of optional features, allowing for the addition of functions such as compression tests, bending tests, and heating/cooling of samples, and it is also compatible with EBSP analysis. Additionally, it can be used with some AFMs and optical microscopes.
