In the development and production of immunochromatography reagents, there is a process of cutting reagent strips into narrow strips from laminated cards where each component is attached to a backing sheet. Variations in the cutting width and damage to the edges caused by cutting can negatively affect performance. The CM5000 is a dedicated cutting module designed to perform these cuts easily and accurately.
