To prevent bridging of fibrous powder materials in the screw feeder hopper, we have decided to install this bridge breaker. The bridge breaker features a rubber disk that is normally (when air is OFF) in close contact with the inner wall of the hopper, but when air is ON, this rubber disk slightly lifts away from the inner wall, allowing air to be injected through the gap. Simultaneously, the elastic disk vibrates, and through these actions, we were able to easily resolve the bridging of the materials. 【Overview】 (Mounting Location) - Powder hoppers in manufacturing plants for ceramics, tiles, etc. (Hopper Overview) - Dimensions: 800×1400, two sides inclined at 1400 width, with the 800 width side vertical and a screw feeder at the bottom. (Mounting Location and Number of Installations) - A total of 6 units, 3 on each 1400 width side: all at the same height.
