We would like to introduce a case where our "Brodisk" was adopted for a quicklime silo based on a consultation from an engineering company. In this case, we used the controller "C-SV4," which has four built-in solenoid valves. The advantage of using the controller is that it allows for easy adjustment of the air ON/OFF time according to the situation on-site, and it enables the setting of double shots at specific locations and the interval time after one cycle is completed. Additionally, because the solenoid valves are built-in, installation is straightforward, contributing to the total cost. (The air piping on the secondary side can be done with tubing, which is hassle-free.) This equipment offers excellent cost performance.
